When do you need help?
Who should we speak to?

Business Cyber Check introduces you to authorised insurers and brokers. We are not an insurer or broker and do not provide quotes or advice. Your enquiry may be shared with up to 3 of them.

01

What keeps healthcare leaders up at night

01 / 03

Ransomware stops care

An attack can take booking, records and phones offline. Tested backups and a recovery plan decide how quickly you're running again.

02 / 03

Patient data and UK GDPR

Health data is special category data. A breach can mean reporting to the ICO, notifying patients and lasting damage to trust.

03 / 03

Assurance for NHS and partners

NHS buyers and partners often ask for DSPT, Cyber Essentials Plus or ISO 27001 evidence before they sign or renew.

02

Questions

Can you help us with the NHS DSPT?

Yes. We connect you with independent specialists who help organisations prepare and evidence their Data Security and Protection Toolkit submission. We don't complete, submit or assess it ourselves.

Do we need Cyber Essentials Plus to supply the NHS?

It depends on the contract and the buyer, so check your contract or tender documents. It's often requested in NHS supply chains, and we can connect you with specialists who help you prepare for assessment.

What should we do if we're hit by ransomware?

If you have cyber insurance, call your insurer's incident line first. Our Been hacked? page sets out the first steps, and we can connect you with incident response and legal specialists who understand health data reporting duties.

Will you see or share our patient data?

No. We only ask about your organisation, never about patients. We share your contact details only with specialists you agree to hear from.
